AFCON -TATA JETTY
Aqua Divers & Engineers has undertaken a Job of placing RCC Block with the help of underwater communications systems and Divers at TATA Coal Jetty, Chembur, Mumbai, for AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd.
It was very challenging Job to for us to place the Heavy RCC Blocks inside the water. We prepared bottom level of 20 mm seabed and leveled with scaling system. we used heavy crane to lift the RCC Block and Placed inside the water, our divers make the required arrangements to place the Block at the specified place. We have done this complete Job within 3 days.
DHAROI DAM
Aquadivers & Engineers Provided Diving Services for repairing of stop log gate groove for HR gate Dharoi Dam, Dharoi lrrigation Project. Divers have done underwater Videography and underwater cutting of coffer guide plate with BROCO torch. They placed the stop log gate in groove with the help of cotton waste Seal.
After sealing operation, Divers lifted the emergency gate for given water pressure. In this way we completed HR stop gate work with the help of divers.
HINDUSTAN ZINC LTD
We have done Under water Video Shooting of Cooling Tower. The salt layer in cooling was removed by our Divers. De-silting of each cooling Tower pit done with the help of Toyo De-silting Pump.
We use underwater communication systems to communicate with our divers for proper de-silting of cooling Tower.
UKAI DIVISION NO.01
Divers have Placed 06 Nos. tier pieces of Stop log Gate in groove up to bottom level. Divers have sealed all gates vertical & bottom seal, top seal with Cotton waste & Communication System. All work done for MPG1 Penstock gate Panting & Maintenance work.
L & T ECC – Kolkatta
Divers have cut under water cutting with BROCO TORCH SYSTEM of well cassion from river bed level approx. well Cassino dia was 12 to 13 Mtr. and vertical depth was 18 Mtr. in Dakshneswar River Ganga Kolkata (West of Bangal)
Ship Lanunching Project
Project : Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
Depth : 16 Mtr.
Divers have placed steel plate and Gutter beams for ship launching purpose by under water drilling machine and fixed anchor bolts. Approx. length of each slipway gutter beam was 60 to 80 feet from shore to under water sea area and divers have cleaned all slipway gutter Plates, water jetting and underwater De – silting work with Toyo Pump (De-silting Pump ).
